Welcome to the home of the Forest Bog-Trotters

The Bog Trotters are a rugby team that have come together from different clubs from the Forest of Dean -
united in their 2 passions - 1 to play some good rugby and 2 to raise money for their charities Parkinson’s UK
and Brain Research UK.
The Bog Trotters now play for their charities on a regular basis and the players and support staff are
amazing - all pulling together for the common goal to raise money. It makes you realise what a great
rugby community we have and how special forest rugby is.
We have had over 70 players involved from all over the area from ages 18 to 50 and everyone comes
together to support are cause through their passion for rugby. All players are proud and honoured to be
involved and this shows in the special atmosphere created both on and off the pitch.
Hopefully we continue in our quest to help our charities with the support from our clubs, families and
friends and the wider rugby community.
